The first important stage to organizing MIS at the corporate level is to build up comprehensive data-base from TPS for the clerical systems. Valid data should be initially classified and codes attached to each data-set. Thereafter data-base should be constantly undated. The analogy to a reference library system is almost uncanny, where books have to be classified according to the subjects (e.g. 001 for reference, economics, management, etc.) and then codes attached to each book (e.g. 001 for reference, 338 for economics, 658 for management, etc.). Thereafter the books need constant updating through cataloguing and indexing.
A library, however, is not as amenable to easy cross-reference among a vast number of books, as a computerized data-base is. With classification, codification and updating, a computerized data-base can help the user with almost instant retrieval of any amount of cross-classified and cross-revised data, thus helping tremendously the decision-making process.
The second important stage to MIS at corporate level is to decide on the principles of evaluating the raw data for decision-making. For this purpose, the four principles that can be unhesitatingly recommended are: selection, pattern, linkage and overview. The first principle of selection looks at a screened segment of data which can focus attention on variances from standards, deviations from norms, fluctuations from targets and differences from budgets. It is presumed that whatever data are related to the initially fixed standards, norms, targets and budgets they are, to that extent, not required to be looked at any further.

Graphic designing meaning professional disciplines which focus on visual communication and presentation of concept. Various methods and technology are used to create and combine symbols, images with/without words to create a visual representation of ideas and messages. More and more graphical solutions are coming out with the new technology. For example Apple, in my opinion, has the best technology available for graphics vendors. Companies who are making Signs, Banners, Decals, Digital printings for businesses I think can benefit from this new technology.
With sharper images and new graphics, it has made graphic solutions much simpler. With this companies have new avenues to put out there company advertisements in different ways. Companies now have more options for visual advertisements. By making digital banners, signs even digital posters can help company’s image. More and more vendors are making use of the new technology available to them. Technology has made easier to design create and install virtually any types of signs. I even thing more then before we have more colors to play with.
We are seeing new and fresh look at the colors. Colors can improve a sign’s effectiveness. Digital printing is now available so digitally you can modify images and colors. Even I am seeing this use of the technology not just display digitally on paper or screens but on vehicles like cars, bus for advertising. You can tell by this how far the technology has come for graphical solutions. This is for sure making companies more visible and giving more advertising options.

I was planning to have my house renovated. And I want that all my things there are new. I hired and interior designer to design my house. I told him that I already have a curtain because my sister from the America gave me sets of that. But my interior designer told me that curtains is an old one, the popular now is the wood blinds. Since he knew about the designing, I followed him.
There are several window treatments that are available in the market right now and among them, the wood blinds are probably the most popular of them all. In the past, choices of material, color, and sizes had been limited for blinds. This is no longer the case now. My designer goes along with me to a mall to help me choose the best one.
When we are in the mall, we saw different kinds of blind. They are all beautiful. What we did is we called one representative to give us information of all the blinds which was displayed there. He started showing us the “Holland blinds” and it is also known as roller shades. It can be pulled down to roll the window blinds. Then he showed us the “Vertical blinds”, have slats made of plastic, metal or stiffened fabric hanging from a track on its one end. The horizontal slats has a 90 degrees rotation for allowing light to pass or can be fold up to either side of the window or doors. They also called as track blinds. Then he showed us the last which is the “Venetian blinds” this are slatted blind having either a plastic or metal composition. There are also available slats made of wood pertaining to faux wood blinds, tropical wood blinds or bamboo blinds. The slat width ranges from 50 to 120mm but the most common width is 50mm.
We decided to stop from there because my designer would like to see if which one of there is perfect for my house.

(7) Ability to take quick decision improves considerably as the time for retrieval of information is very fast;
(8) Paper work is reduced to the minimum as all the information is stored in the computer itself;
(9) Lots of information are stored for future reference;
(10) Chance of leakage of classified information are reduced;
